Principle Four - de Bono 6 Thinking Hats

Overview

"The quality of our thinking will determine with quality of our future" Edward de Bono

Early in the 1980's de Bono developed the 6 Hats framework for thinking. There are six imaginary thinking hats, hat having a different color. Each of the 6 hats represents a different type of thinking. When you "put on" one of the hats, you exclusively operate in that mode of thinking.
