Where To Next?

A series of recommendations have been established as a result of the Future Search Program. These are:

1. Adopt the Future Search outcomes as a reference point for future strategic and implementation planning.
2. Establishing a culture of visioning across the College community.
   
3. Involve all staff in future consultation, planning and visioning for the College.
4. Establish an activity based meeting culture in which staff participation is organised and planned.
5. Build upon culture of involving staff as facilitators for College wide discussion.
   
6. Give consideration to the establishment of Think Tanks to investigate Future Search themes (community, learning and teaching, environment, global citizenship and leadership).

Ideas from the Future Search Conference have been integrated into the College's Strategic Plan for 2007 - 2010.
